RESOLUTION NO. 99-22 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF REVISED FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AND REGULATORY CHARGES AS SPECIFIED BY CITY CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTNE DATE OF ALL FEES. WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable to adopt existing fees set by earlier ordinances and resolutions in one general fee resolution; and WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the fees included in this Resolution are appropriate and are reasonably related to the purpose for which such fees are charged. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow as follows: 1. That the fees set forth in Exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof, be in force and effect in all matters relating to fees from and after the 1st day of October, 1999. 2.
