GRDINANCE NC. 990 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NCo 945 TO DEFINE 1 ESTABLISH AND DECLARE THE BOUNDARIES AND CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY CF MOSCOW, LATAH COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS C.F THE LAtvS THE STATE OF IDAHO MADE AND PROVIDED F(;R THE ESTABLISH MENT OF THE BGUNDARIES AND THE ANNEXATION OF ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TERRITuRY; AND FOR THE REPEALING OF ANY ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI- NMɡCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND FOR A SEVERANCE AND SAVINGS CLAUSE; AND FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT GRDAINED BY TEE ɢ1AYCR AND CCUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MGSCOW, IDAHO: SECTIGN 1: The City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, shall embrace, include and contain within its corporate limits all the territory embraced, included and encompassed ɥvithin the lines and boundaries as in this ordinance bounded and describedo SECTION 2: The boundaries and corporate limits of the City of Moscow, Latah County, State of Idaho, are hereby established and ordained to be as follows: Commencing at a point on Street which is three hundred ninety-eight and four tenths (398.4) feet West of the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NEi) of Section Eight Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Five West Boise Meridian, and running thence North about one thousand eighty (1080) feet to a point on the North line of Street, thence ɣvest about one hundred seventy ( 170) feet on said North line of Street to the Southeast corner of the Wo K.
