RESOLUTION NO. 89_: ,0j_ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, ADOPTING RATES TO BE CHARGED PRODUCERS AND GENERATORS FOR THE COLLECTION OF SOLID WASTE WITHIN THE CITY OF MOSCOW; PROVIDING THAT THIS RESOLUTION SHALL SUPERSEDE EXISTING RATES; PROVIDING THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS RESOLUTION BE DECLARED SEVERABLE; PROVIDING THAT THIS RESOLUTION SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS OF 12:01 A.M. ON J&ÜUARY 1, 1990. WHEREAS, the Council finds it necessary to increase existing fees for the collection of solid waste within the City of Moscow in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Franchise; WHEREAS, the Council will include in the cost increase a 3.5% fee to cover recylcing facilities. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That all existing resolutions and ordinances relative to the rates for collection of solid waste within the City are hereby superseded by this resolution.
