O-RDINANCE NO. Cj AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT CERTAIN ALLEY IN BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17) OF SUNNYSIDE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF fltiOSCOW, LYING BETWEEN THE SOUTH LINE OF VEATCH STREET AND THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY NO. EIGHT BEING THE MOSCOW-TROY HIGH'.'VAY, AS SHOWN BY THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ALLEY SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-1124, IDAHO CODE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE WlA YOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: Section 1. That that certain alley more particulary described as follows, to-wit: That certain alley in Block Seventeen (17) of Sunnyside Addition to the City of Moscow, lying between the South property line of Veatch S treet and the N0rth right-of-way line of State Highway N0• Eight being the Moscow-Troy Highway, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, be, and the same is hereby vacated. Section 2. That t he alley so vacated shall revert to the adjoining real property owners as provided by Section 50-1124, Idaho Code. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication. Adopted this /0 tA day of _ _ , 1955.
