ORDINANCE NO. 1163 AN ORDINANCE VACATING FROM STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF MOSCOW, COUNTY OF LATAH, STATE OF IDAHO, TO-WIT: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT :9 BLOCK 2 OF THE REYNOLDS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW AS SHOWN BY THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF; THENCE N 57° 46' W A DISTANCE OF 29.56 FEET ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STREET TO A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID ADDITION; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE SAID WEST BOUNDARY A DISTM_CE OF 199.20 FEET; THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 25.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 214.97 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; AND PROVIDING THAT SAID PROPERTY SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNER OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY, IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-311 OF THE IDAHO CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECTION 1: That the following described property situated in Latah County, State of Idaho, to-wit: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 9 Block 2 of the Reynolds Addition to the City of Moscow, as shown by the recorded plat thereof; thence N 57° 46'W a distance of 29.56 feet along the north right-of-way line of Street to a point on the west boundary of said addition; thence North along the said west boundary a distance of 199.20 feet; thence East a distance of 25.0 feet; thence South a distance of 214.97 feet to the point of beginning^ be and theffime is hereby vacated from street right-of-way. SECTION 2: That the property so vacated shall revert to the owner of the adjacent real property as provided by Section 50-311 of the Idaho Code. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and pub- lication.
