SECTIO.\i 2: The boundaries and corporate limits of the City of Moscow, Latah County, State of Idaho, are hereby established and ordained to be as follows: Commencing at a point on Street, w hich is three hundred ninety-eight and four tenths (398.4) feet west of the south east corner of the Northeast QUarter (NEt) of Section Eight , Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Five , West Boise Meridian, and running thence north about one thousand eighty (1080) feet to a point on the north line of 11F'1 Street, thence west about one hundred seventy (170) feet on said north line of Street to the southeast corner of the W. K. SECTION 3: All that territory bounded and included within the lines set forth in Section 2 of this ordinance is hereby declared and ordained to be within the corporate limits of the City of Moscow, and to be and constitute the territory subject to the jurisdiction of the municipality of the City of Moscow, County of Latah, State of Idaho. SECTia-ı 4: This ordinance is an amendment to Ordinance No. 1014 of the City of Moscow, Idaho. SECTION 5: All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict with this ordinance, insofar as said ordinances in any way conflict with this ordinance, are hereby repealed. SECTION 6: If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, sentences, clauses or phrases ---PAGE BREAK--- of this ordinance, or the ordinance as an entirety, it being the legislative intent that this ordinance shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of such section, sentence, clause or phrase.
