320214 ORDINANCE NO. 82-1484 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, VACATING A PORTION OF A DEDICATED PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN THE CITY, SAID PORTION BUNG DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: 10 FEET OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY UN THE EAST SIDE OF JEFFERSON BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND STREETS AND 10 FEET OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ON A PORTION OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF FIRST STREET BETWEEN JEFFERSON AND ADAMS IN THE C1TY OF MOSCOW; PROVIDING THAT THE PORTION OF SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY HEREIN VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTIONS 50-311 AND 50- l306A, IDAHO CODE, PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That a portion of a public right-of-way within the City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho be, and the same hereby is vacated; said property being described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of First and Jefferson Streets in the City of Moscow, Idaho; thence South 160.0 feet, along the East line of Jefferson Street, to the Northeast corner of Second and Jefferson Streets; thence West 10.0 feet; thence North 170.0 feet, parallel to said East line of Jefferson Street, to a point 10.0 feet North of the South line of First Street; thence East 156.0 feet, parallel to said South line; thence South 10.0 feetp thence West 146.0 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. That the public right-of-way so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property as provided by Sections 50-311 and 50-l306A, Idaho Code. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval and publication according to law.
