RESOLUTION NO. 2008- 02 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MlJNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AGREEING TO SUPPORT THE PROJECT IDENTIFICATION SUBMITTAL FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO PARADISE PATH TO THE TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT PROJECT FUNDING PROGRAM FROM THE IDAHO TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT; PROVIDING THIS RESOLUTION TO BE EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PASSAGE AND APPROVAL. WHEREAS, the Idaho Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as "ITO"), has made a call for final submittals of proposed projects for funding under the Transportation Enhancement Project Funding program; and WHEREAS, the City of Moscow (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") has identified a project for potential funding as the Paradise Path Enhancement project; and WHEREAS, the estimated total project cost is $198,000 which will require $14,550 of local matching funds available from the CITY; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow, Idaho as follows: That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sigu the "Project and Cost Summary with Sponsor Certification" supporting the matching funds and maintenance requirements of the project and submit to lTD for prioritization.
