/ Moscow Arts Commission Third Street Gallery Exhibit Agreement Conditions governing the loan of artworks to the Third Street Gallery located at Moscow City Hall and Community Center (206 E. 3rd Street) are as follows: . Objects of art loaned to tlie Third Street Gallery shall rtmaiii in its possession from q, 01 to J tAly 1; Uo q unless specific arrangements are made for the early release or extension of the loan. The artist must provide the Moscow Arts Commission with an exhibition list declaring the content and value of each item included in the exhibit. A distinction will be made prior to installation between the declared value and sales price. The lender certifies that the objects loaned are in good condition and will withstand ordinary strains of packing and transportation. During the exhibition period, the Moscow Arts Commission will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage or theft to the objects loaned to the Third Street Gallery. In the event of loss or damage, the City of Moscow will indemnify the artist for the loss in accordance with the declared value of the artwork listed on the exhibition list. The artist may be required to provide substantiation of the value of such item. Unless the Third Street Gallery is notified in writing to the contrary, it is understood that objects on loan may be photographed and reproduced in the galleries publications, for publicity purposes connected with this exhibition, and for educational purposes. Artists are encouraged to offer work for sale. All sales are handled through the MAC office. The gallery takes a 20% COMMISSION so pieces should be priced accordingly.
