August 6, 1993 CHANGE ORDER NO. ONE City of Moscow, Idaho Northeast Reservoir Repair and Painting - 1993 Project No. 102-93 1. Replace existing safety grating inside the reservoir at the top of the 6 foot diameter riser tube. Corrosion had rendered the original grate unsafe. The need for this work was not discovered until the grate was removed for the contractor to access the tube; therefore was not included in the original scope of work. Cost $545.00 2. Weld owner-furnished phoenix flanges {24 of them) in the existing painter plug holes near the top of reservoir. The existing holes were plugged by a method which had not been allowing watertight closure. As their location was below the high water level a repair was necessary. The need for this work was discovered by the contractor while sandblasting and was not included in the original scope of work.
