All subject lot property lines. 2. Any adjacent rights-of-way, including name and width. 3. Existing permanent structures and easements on the lot as well as the location of any structures within 15’ of the grading limits. 4. Scale of the plan, a north arrow and property address. 5. Dimensions of limits of grading. 6. Depths of proposed cuts and fills. 7. Slope grades (rise/run). Appropriate scales for a site plan are 1” = 10’, 1” = 20’, or 1” = 30’. Using grid paper and assigning 1 square to 4 feet (depending on the size grid) is also acceptable. All work shall comply with Appendix Chapter 33 of the 1997 Uniform Building Code on Excavation and Grading and our Erosion Control Ordinance 2002-22. The granting of a permit does not presume to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of any other state or local law regulating construction or the performance of construction.
