December 1, 2008 CHANGE ORDER NO. TWO South Lift Station- 2008 1. Re-route the conduit for Verizon's phone service to the motor control center. After the original conduit had been install directly to the Motor Control Center inside the gen set building as per plan Verizon informed the Contractor that the conduit would need to be re-routed to the outside face of the building to allow a high voltage protection device to be installed and then to the MCC an unknown requirement. Added Cost . $789.82 2. Furnish and install electrical conduit between Verizon's switch box and the Motor Control Center. This conduit was needed to complete the requirement for Verizon to furnish digital communication service to the new instrumentation system. Added Cost . 3. Relocate the air release system in the valve vault. $448.50 The plumbing that had been installed for the purpose of releasing air from the new force main valving was relocated to allow better operational efficiency.
