OWNER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF BASELINE CONDITION OF CONSERVATION EASEMENT On November 12, 1996, a Grant Deed of Conservation Easement was made by Katrina Berman in favor of the Palouse Land Trust, Inc., and was recorded with the Latah County Recorder as document number 424719. In compliance with Section 1.170A-14(g)(5) of the federal tax regulations, a Baseline Documentation Report was prepared to document the condition of the property at the time the conservation easement was conveyed. Immediately after the conservation easement was donated by Katrina Berman, the property was donated in fee-title to the City of Moscow. The transfer was made December 23, 1996 and was recorded with the Latah County Recorder as document number 424720. The undersigned, Gary J. Riedner, was the City Attorney at that time and was intimately familiar with the Berman property and conservation easement project. The undersigned accept and acknowledge that the Baseline Information for the Berman Property, prepared in 1996-97, is an accurate representation of the property at the time the conservation easement was transferred to the grantee. nc., Grantee B .
