August 15, 1997 CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 Project: MOUNTAINVIEW STORM SEWER 1 06-97 1. SANITARY SEWER SERVICE REPAIR There were three sanitary sewer lines which fell within the storm sewer trench. These lines had to be re-plumbed so that they would be situated under the storm sewer pipe. This similar work was negotiated with this contractor on another project at an average of $37 0/service. Labor, materials and equipment were negotiated at $375 per service.
