ORDINANCE NO. 1053 AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF CLEVELAND STREET ADJACENT TO LOTS EIGHT AND NINE AND A PORTION OF E STREET ADJACENT TO LOTS NINE TEN (10), AND ELEVEN (11) OF KINGS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW, LATAH COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID STREETS SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-1124 OF THE IDAHO CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECTION 1. That all of Cleveland Street adjacent to Lots Eight and Nine and a portion of E Street adjacent to Lots Nine , Ten (10) and Eleven (11) of Kings Addition to the City of Moscow, Latah County, State of Idaho, and mare particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot Eight of Kings Addition to the City of Moscow, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, and running thence South eighty-eight degrees (88°) thirty minutes (30') East a distance of sixty (60) feet to the East right-of-way line of Cleveland Street and also the northeast corner of said Kings Addition, thence South a distance of three hundred sixty-eight and eighty-two hundredths (368.82) feet on said East right-of-way line to the southeast corner of said addition, thence North ei9hty-nine degrees (89°) twelve minutes (121) West a distance of two hundred ninety-eight (298) feet, thence North a distance of thirty (3ij) feet to the southeast corner of Lot Twelve (12) in said Kings Addition, thence South eighty-nine degrees (89°) twelve minutes (121) East a distance of two hundred thirty-eight (238) feet along the south lines of Lots Eleven (11), Ten (10), and Nine to the southeast corner of Lot Nine in said Kings Addition, thence North a distance of three hundred thirty-nine and fifty-six hundredths (339.56) feet on the east lines of Lots Nine and Eight in said Kings Addition to the point of beginning, be, and the same is hereby, vacated. SECTION 2. That the streets so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property, as provided by Section 50-1124 of the Iaaho Code. SECTION 3. This ordiance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication. PASSED by the Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this Sixth day of August, 1962.
