July 27, 1998 CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 Project: MOUNTAINVIEW STORM SEWER- 101-98 1. ADJUST 10 INCH WATER MAIN The 10 inch water main crossing at Street was found to be lower than originally thought. It is necessary to raise the main because the storm sewer grade is dcsignad at the minimum slope and cnnnot bo lo\t·vered. The quote from Roach Construction includes all materials, labor and equipment to do this work at $2,550.
