AMENDMENT NO. 1 to AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES THIS AMENDMENT, dated this 22"d day of January , 1996, modifies the AGREEMENT, dated November 6, 1995, by and between the City of Moscow, Idaho, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho (hereinafter, 'City') and CH2M HILL, Inc. (hereinafter, 'Consultant'): This amendment defines changes to the scope of services and changes to the compensation for these changes. SCOPE OF SERVICES Consultant shall attend and participate in a workshop with the City's Council on December 11,1995. Consultant shall make screened mylars from the 1" = 20' unscreened my Iars provided by the City. Weather delays in getting current aerial photograph did not allow the City's aerial photography company to provided screened my Iars. The my Iars were screened to create a useable product. Consultant shall have additional staff attend the December 18, 1995 Council meeting to respond to Councilor's and the publics requests for information and clarification. COMPENSATION Consultant's compensation for the services described above shall be a lump sum an1ount of Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($2,350.00). Such lump sum shall include all costs incurred by Consultant. This AMENDMENT will become part of the referenced AGREEMENT when executed by both parties. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties execute below.
