REQUEST FOR WAIVER OF JUVENILE ACCOUNTABILITY BLOCK (JAIBG) FUNDS City of Noscow City I County Our unit of local government waives our allocation of$ 13,293.oo in JAIBG funds to Latah county (county) for use in the following area: Latah County Juvenile Services will use these funds to provide substance abuse treatment services for adolescents identified by community agencies including the juvenile and criminal justice s stems as needin intervention and treatment or substance abuse problems and who committed criminal acts. These adolescents would be individuals who would not be included in those who qualify for state supported services. The program would provide the following services: 1. education about drugs and alcohol 2. semi structured therapy sessions 3. sessions would also include Anger Nanagement, Anger and Alcohol, Assertiveness Skills, Noral and Value Development 4. Followup and Consultation with selected agencies Also programs in conjunction with the Latah County Prosecuting Attorney's Office to assist them and Latah County Youth Services with a new position of Resourae Officer.
