RESOLUTION NO. 99-13 WHEREAS, the lands shown as parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 on Attachment hereto have been annexed to the City of Moscow, and WHEREAS, the lands shown as parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 on Attachment hereto are currently designated on the Comprehensive Plan Map as follows: Parcell - Low and Medium Density Residential (LR and MR), Parce12- Low Density Residential (LR), Parcel 3 - Low Density Residential (LR), Parcel4- Low Density Residential (LR); and WHEREAS, the Moscow Planning and Zoning Commission held a Public Hearing on April14, 1999 and a Public Meeting on May 12, 1999, and recommended to the Moscow Mayor and City Council to amend the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designations of parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 as shown on Attachment hereto as follows: Parcel 1 - Extensive Commercial (EC), Parcel2- Medium Density Residential (MR), Parcel3 - Low Density Residential (LR), Parcel4- Medium Density Residential (MR); and WHEREAS, the Moscow Mayor and City Council held a Public Hearing on this matter on June 7, 1999. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and City Council, sitting as the governing board for Moscow, Idaho that the following Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designations be adopted for parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 as shown on Attachment hereto: Parcel 1 - Extensive Commercial (EC), Parcel2 - Medium Density Residential (MR), Parcel3- Low Density Residential (LR), Parcel4- Medium Density Residential (MR); and Resolulion 99-13 Jun,# 7, 1999 Page 1 of 1 ---PAGE BREAK--- PROPOSED REZONE RODEO OR
