ORDINANCE NO. 1382 AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PORTION OF HOWARD STREET WHICH IS THE WEST 10 FEET OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY THAT LIES BETWEEN THE NORTH SIDE OF STREET AND THE SOUTH SIDE OF 11B 11 STREET. SAID l 0 FOOT STRIP BEING ADJACENT TO AND PARALLEL WITH THE EAST SIDE OF BLOCK 7 OF PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW, LATAH COUNTY, IDAHO, AS RECORDED IN BOOK 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 6 AND BOOK 4 OF PLATS, PAGE 11, RECORDS OF LATAH COUNTY, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID STREET SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY, IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-311 AND 50-1306A OF THE IDAHO CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; PUBLICATION THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO. SECTION l. A proposition of the City Council of the City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho to vacate the west 10.0 feet of Howard Street between the north side of 11A11 Street and the south side of 11B11 Street, said 10 foot strip being adjacent to and parallel with the east side of Block 7 of Park Addition to the City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, as recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 6 and Book 4 of Plats, page 11, records of Latah County, Idaho. SECTION 2. That the Street, so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property as provided by Section 50-311 and 50-1306A of the Idaho Code. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of the Daily Idahonian, a newspaper of general circulation in said City, published at Moscow, Idaho and being the official newspaper of said City. PASSED under suspension of rules upon which a roll call votes was duly taken and duly enacted an ordinance of the City of Moscow, Idaho at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 21st day of May, 1979 at 7·40 o•clock P.M.
