ORDINANCE NO,l323 AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PORTION Of THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 6 OF THE LIEUALLEN'S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW AS SHOWN ON THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF AND AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING THAT SAID ALLEY SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-311 AND 50-1306A OF THE IDAHO CODE: AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE'DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECTION 1: That a part of the alley in Block 6 of Lieuallen's Third Addition to Moscow as shown on the recorded plat thereof, being 16.00 feet in width, and which is bounded on the north by a line projected between the north lines of Lots 9 and 36 of said Block 6, and bounded on the south by the northerly right-of-way boundary of the Union Pacific Railroad main line, and containing 3,232 square feet, more or less as it currently exists and is used, be and the same is hereby, vacated. SECTION 2: That the Street, so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property as provided by Section 50-311 and 50-1306A of the Idaho Code. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication.
