RESOLUTION NO. 90-16 WHEREAS, only a minor portion of Trail Road connecting orchardview Estates to the rest of the City street system is unpaved; and WHEREAS, residents of orchardview Estates seek permission to cause a temporary chip-coating surface to be applied to this gravel segment; and WHEREAS, the property abutting this gravel road segment is undeveloped and no plans exist for development; and WHEREAS, building permits will not be issued to the abutting property until the street is properly developed. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL that the residents of Orchardview Estates have permission to cause the surface of Trail Road to be properly processed and to have a double application of asphalt chip coating applied to the surface. All work shall be subject to approval by the city Engineer. At such time as a permanent surface is applied or when the maintenance costs exceed that of a gravel street, the City shall remove this chip-coating surface. ---PAGE BREAK--- RESOLVED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this _illhday of December ' 19_9_(1.
