July 13, 1992 CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 24 Inch Vista Watermain Project No. 112-91 The scope of work necessary to connect the new 24 inch pipe to the existing 12 inch pipe at the sixth and Hayes intersection exceeded that which was described in the original plans and specifications. An elevation conflict with a buried concrete encased phone cable duct bank required excavation, and the replacement of pipe, fittings, and thrust blocks that had not been anticipated.
