ADDENDUM AGREEMENT TO THE SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL FRANCHISE AGREEMENT FOR THE CITY OF MOSCOW MAY 20, 1991 THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 3rd day of June 1991, by and between the City of Moscow, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Idaho, hereinafter referred to as the "CITY," and Latah Sanitation, Inc., an Idaho Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Franchisee," is an addendum to the Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Franchise Agreement entered into by the parties and effective on February 1, 1987 and as amended since that date. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the parties hereby agree to amend the Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Franchise Agreement in the following regards: 1. AMENDMENT OF EXHIBIT II: That Exhibit II, Service Area V is hereby supplemented and augmented by the parties to provide a rate for tire disposal at the landfill by Resolution # , as of May 20, 1991. The charge for tire disposal shall be as follows: Rates for tire disposal shall be as follows: Tires: Individual: 16" or smaller Each Tires: Bulk Per Ton $ • 50 50.00 2. REMAINING PROVISIONS UNAFFECTED. That all remaining provisions of the Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Franchise Agreement including Exhibit II entered into by the parties on the 1st day of February 1987 and as modified by Addendum Agreements since that date, shall remain in full force and effect. 3.
