\ ORDINANCE NO. 1322 l . ' · J Jl AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PORTION OF ORCHARD AVENUE NORTH OF THE STREET INTERSECTION AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDINANCE: AND PROVIDING THAT SAID STREET SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROVIDED IN SECTION 50-311 AND 50-1306A OF THE IDAHO CODE: AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECTION 1: That that part of Orchard Avenue described as a tract of land lying in the E 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 39 North, Range 5 Westp Boise Meridian and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Lot 9, Block 5, Thatuna Second Addition to Moscow, and running thence South 299.82 feet; thence South 88° 30' East 20.10 feet; thence North 300.90 feet; thence South 88° 25' West 20.10 feet to the Point of Beginning, as it currently exists be and the same is hereby, vacated. SECTION 2: That the Street, so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property as provided by Section 50-311 and 50-1306A of the loaho Code. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication.
