No.0041664 THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of November 200p, between THE CITY OF MOSCOW,, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Idaho, Grantor, and the STATE OF IDAHO, IDAHO TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT, by and through the IDAHO TRANSPORTATION BOARD, 3311 West State Street, Boise, Idaho 83703, Grantee. WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, having authorized the undersigned officers by resolution duly passed by its Board of Directors to execute a conveyance to the hereinafter described lands, for value received, does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, the following described real property together with all rights of access between the right of way of US 95, Project No. NH-IR-4114 (077) Highway Survey and the remaining contiguous real property belonging to the Grantor situated in the County of LATAH, State of Idaho, described as follows, to-wit: A parcel of land being on the East side of the centerline of U.S. Highway No. 95, Project No. NH-IR-4114 (077) Highway Survey as shown on the plans thereof now on file in the office of the Idaho Transportation Department, Division of Highways, and being a portion of Section 19, Township 39 North, Range 5 West, described as follows, to wit: Cormnencing at the Northeast Corner of Section 19, Township 39 North, Range 5 West, Boise Meridian, Thence South 88"09'58" West along the North section line of Section 19 a distance of 135.333 meters ( 444.01 feet), to a point on the East right-of-way line of Main Street, which bears South 7 3°21' 57" East - 14.527 meters ( 4 7. 66 feet) from Station 1300+93.562 of said U.S. Highway No. 95, Project No. NH-IR-4114 ( 077) Highway Survey;- and being the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING. No.0041664 Section 19 a distance of 8.214 meters ( 26.95 feet) to a point which bears South 73°11' 27" East - 22.314 meters ( 73.21 feet) from Station 1300+96.232 of said Highway Survey; Thence South 1"15' 58" West 3.758 meters ( 12.33 feet) to a point which bears South 73°26' 05" East 23.313 meters ( 76.49 feet) from Station 1300+92.512 of said Highway Survey; Thence North 88°44' 02" West 9.114 meters ( 29.90 feet) to a point on the East right-of-way line of Main Street, which bears South 73°35'43" East 14.519 meters ( 47.63 feet) from Station 1300+90.066 of said Highway Survey; Thence along an arc 3.437 meters ( 11.28 feet) to the right, on the East right-of-way line of Main Street, having a radius of 857.950 meters ( 2814.79 feet), the chord of which is N 16°39'25" E, 3.437 meters ( 11.28 feet) to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING. The area above described contains approximately 0.0031 Hectares 0.008 acres) more or less. Highway Station Reference from Station 1300+89 to Station 1300+96. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said Grantee, and Grantee' s assigns forever.
