ORDINANCE NO. 1149 AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF MOSCOW, COUNTY OF LATAH, STATE OF IDAHO, TO-WIT: A PARCEL OF LAND DEDICATED TO PUBLIC USE AND BEING ALL OF THAT PORTION NORTH OF AND ADJACENT TO LOT SEVEN OF BLOCK THREE OF LIEUALLENS 4TH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTH CORNER OF LOT SEVEN OF BLOCK THREE OF LIEUALLEN'S 4TH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW AS SHOWN BY THE RECQRDED PLAT THEREOF, THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT SEVEN- A DISTANCE OF 110.0 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 45° EAST A DISTANCE OF 21.21 FEET, THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 30.0 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT FOUR OF BLOCK THREE OF SAID LIEUALLEN'S 4TH ADDITION, THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 125.0 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT SIX OF BLOCK THREE OF SAID ADDITION, THENCE SOUTH 15.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; AND PROVIDING THAT SAID PROPERTY SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNER OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY, IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY'SECTION 50-311 OF THE IDAHO CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: Section 1: That the following described property situated in Latah County, State of Idaho, to-wit: Beginning at the north corner of Lot Seven of Block Three of L ieuallen's 4th Addition to the City of Moscow as shown on the recorded plat thereof, thence East along the north line of said Lot Seven a distance of 110.0 feet, thence South 45° East a distancedE 21.21 feet, thence North a distance of 30.0 feet to a point on the south line of Lot Four of Block Three of said Lieuallen's 4th Addition, thence West a dis tance of 125.0 feet to the southwest corner of Lot Six of B lock Three of said addition, thence South 15.0 feet to the point of beginning, be and the same is hereby, vacated. Section 2: That the propert so vacated shall revert to the owner of the adjacent real property as provided by Section 50-311 of the Idaho Code.
