rrrr--- I .I IL rY 1. o 1991 ij lJ L::J . 1 G11 MEMORANDUM AGREEMENT - - - - This Memorandum, to be effective the first day of May, 1991, is necessary due to changes initiated by Lewis-Clark State College, the current lessee of the Community Center, owned by the City of Moscow and located in Moscow, Idaho. As a result of said changes, the Area Agency on Aging has assumed administration of certain programs operating out of the leased office at the Community Center. Under the terms of this document the City of Moscow, hereinafter referred to as the city, and the Area Agency on Aging, hereinafter referred to as the Agency, hereby agree to the following: City: Mayor 1. The City hereby agrees to reduce the rent of space used by the Agency from $100.00 to $50.00. 2. The Agency will be required to vacate the current office space during the time when said space is being reconstructed on or about September 1, 1991. The City agrees to allow other areas of the building to be used for desk space during the time of reconstruction. Said space may be allocated on either the first or second floor. 3. The Agency hereby acknowledges that it carries adequate liability insurance coverage for the operation of the office. The Agency and its employees further agree that it will hold harmless the City of Moscow and its agents, tenants, employees andjor officials from any and all claims, causes of action or damages which may arise from the use of the facility. 4.
