Almon Street, Moscow, Idaho 83843 Status Summary 03.26.12 - EPA Brownfields Cooperative Agreement Requirements Site Eligibility - addressed & concurrence provided EPA Concurrence provided by email 01.27.12 ESA Determination - addressed & concurrence provided Idaho Fish & Game (email dated 01.19.12) - Neither the site nor surrounding area are suitable habitat for ESA-listed plants or animals in Latah County and IDFG anticipates no adverse direct or indirect impacts to wildlife or plants from projects on that property NHPA Determination - addressed & concurrence provided Idaho SHPO (letter dated 02.17.12): no historic properties will be affected in the project area. THPO - Nez Perce & Coeur d'Alene Tribes : no response Quality Assurance Requirements - addressed & EPA has approved the draft SAP/QAPP with no comments Please finalize and send the approval pages for EPA signature.
