LEASE MODIFICATION The city of Moscow and Lewis-Clark State College hereby agree to modify the current lease agreement as follows: 1. 2. 3 . 4. 5. Lessor: Attest: This Modification applies to the current least by and between the City of Moscow, Lessor, and Lewis-Clark State College, Lessee. Said current lease is in effect from October 1, 1990 to September 30, 1991. Conditions of this lease modification will be effective May 1, 1991. Total rent will be reduced from $350.00 to $250.00 per month. Lessee will no longer utilize office space but will continue to use the kitchen and multipurpose area. Lessee will be required to vacate the kitchen space during the time when said space is under renovation and relocation on or about September 1, 1991. Lessor will make every effort to insure that the time the kitchen is unusable is kept to a minimum. During the period of reconstruction, no rent will be due or owing from Lessee. Terms contained in this document will remain in effect through September 30, 1991, the expiration date of the current lease.
