I 4 • f ORDINANCE NO. /t:J 7Cj AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1033 TO DEFINE, ESTABLISH AND DECLARE THE BOUNDARIES AND CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, LATAH COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF IDAHO MADE AND PROVIDED FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BOUNDARIES AND THE ANNEXATION OF ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY; AND FOR THE REPEALING OF ANY ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND FOR A SEVERANCE AND SAVINGS CLAUSE; AND FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSC, IDAHO: SECTION 1; The City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, shall embrace, include and contain within its corporate limits all the territory embraced, included and encompassed within the lines and boundaries as in this ordinance bounded and described. All that territory bounded and included within the lines set forth in Section 2 of this ordinance is hereby declared and ordained to be within the corporate 1 imi ts of the City of fi1oscow, and to be and constitute the territory subject to the jurisdiction of the municipality of the City of Moscow, County of Latah, State of Idaho. SECTION 4. This ordinance is an amendment to Ordinance No. 1033 of the City of Moscow, Idaho. SECTION S. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict with this ordinance, insofar as said ordinances in any way conflict with this ordinance, are hereby repealed. SECTION 6. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, sentences, clauses or phrases of this ordinance, or the ordinance as an entirety, it being the legislative intent that this ordinance shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of such section, sentence, clause or phrase. SECTION 7. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and first publication thereof.
