ORDINANCE NO. 1058 AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT CERTAIN ALLEY IN GEORGE BREMER'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW LATAH COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, ADJACENT TO LOTS ONE TWO THREE FOUR AND FIVE OF SAID ADDITION, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID ALLEY SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNER OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-1124 OF THE IDAHO CODE; AND PRO VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECTION 1. That that certain alley in George Bremers Second Addition to the City of Moscow, Latah County, State of Idaho, adjacent to Lots One Two Three Four and Five of said addition, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot Seven of George Bremer's Second Addition to the City o f Moscow; thence one hundred (100) feet North on the east line of Garfield Street to the true place of beginning; thence East on a line parallel to the south line of Lot Seven of George Bremer's Second Addition to the City of Moscow to the east line of Lot One thence North twenty (20) feet on the east line of Lot One thence West to the east line of Garfield Street and parallel to the south line of Lot Seven thence South twenty (20) feet to the place of beginning; be, and the same is hereby, vacated. SECTION 2. That the alley so vacated shall revert to the owner of the adjacent real property, as provided by Section 50-1124 of the Idaho Code. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication. PASSED by the Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 17thday of September, 196 L?
