ADDENDUM #Ito AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL SERVICES FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MONITORING OF CITY OF MOSCOW WASTEW ATERPRE-SCREENlNG FACILITIES dated the 19th day of November, 1996, by and between the CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, hereinafter referred to as THE OWNER, and KIMBALL ENGINEERING, P.A., hereinafter referred to as THE ENGINEER SECfiON II. Add the following new Task B 6: 6. Rebid. Prepare Plans and Specifications for rebidding project. SECfiON III. Section ill B 2, Maximum Costs, of said Contract, shall be amended as follows: Amend Section B 2 b, Section ll-Construction Monitoring Services, as follows: Maximum fee is $35,500.
