September 16, 1994 CHANGE ORDER NO. ONE OYLEAR SITE GRADING - 1994 Project No. 1 03-94 1. Additional excavation is required to obtain the material needed to finish grading the site. Approximately 0.15 feet additional depth is required to be removed from half the site to obtain the required quantity. Bid item no. TS-1 SITE GRADING was bid Lump Sum, estimated on 14,131 cubic yards of excavation. The additional quantity is estimated to be approximately 11 00 cubic yards. 2. Negotiation with the contractor resulted in acceptable cost to do the work of $1,800. 3. The original contract amount for this project was $34,588. With decreases in quantity to bid Items TS-3 GRAVEL PATHWAY and TS-4 HAUL AND DISPOSE OF DEBRIS, and an increase by this change order, the total contract amount shall be $34,188. 4.
