That Seventh Street, situated in the City of I1oscow, Idaho, and more fully described as follm-m, to-vr.i t: Beginning at a point nine and five tenths (9.5) feet North of the Northeast corner of Lot One of Blod: T1-10 of Taylor and Lauder's Addition to the Town of Noscm1, as sho1-m by the recorded plat thereof, and running thence 1.vest a distance of one hundred twenty (120) feet along a line parallel to the North line of said Lot One to a point nine and five tenths (9.5) feet North of the North1v-est corner of said Lot One thence North a distance of fifty and five tenths (50.5) feet to the Southwest corner of Lot Si:-ą of Block One of said Taylor and Lauder·' s Addition to the Town of Mosco•v; thence East a distance of one hu.."ldrecl tt-Tenty (120) feet along the South line of said Lot Six ( 6) to the Southeast corner of said Lot Six thence South a distance of fifty and five tenths (50.5) feet to the point of be ginningĆ be and the same is hereby vacated.
