FIRST AMENDED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT AGREEMENT BE1WEEN THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO AND TETRA TECH, INC. PROVIDING CONSULTING SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE GREATER MOSCOW AREA COALITION EPA BROWNFIELD ASSESSMENT GRANT This First Amended Agreement is made and entered into between the City of Moscow, Idaho (hereinafter CITY and TETRA TECH, INC. (hereinafter ''CONSUL TANI). 1. The following paragraph, ARTICLE II, DURATION OF AGREEMENT, 2.1, Term of Agreement. extends the term of the original AGREEMENT executed on glh day of August, 2011, until September 30, 2013, as follows: ARTICLE II DURATION OF AGREEMENT 2.1 Tenn of Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective on August 1, 2012. Unless otherwise tenninated, this Agreement shall be effective for issuipg new Task Orders and it shall be effective until completion of the Scope of Services with CONSULTANT, through September 30, 2013, whichever comes first. Active Tas k Orders which are not complete at the time that the Agreement tenninates, shall continue or shall be amended as required, so such Task Order(s) may be completed. 2. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain the same. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement is executed by CITY, acting by and through its May or, and by CONSULTANT.
