Box 9203 1515 East Street Moscow, lD 83843 RE: Moscow Pool, 98047- 3Aa Dear Randy: As requested, we have reviewed the tasks necessmy for rebidding the Hamilton-Lowe Aquatics Center in early Spring of 1999. These tasks include modifications to the Construction Documents discussed at the October 19, 1998 Construction Committee meeting, reprinting and rebidding, The scope of these efTorts is outlined below. The following revisions will be made to the bid documents: revtse specifications for filters eliminate the starting platforms eliminate the !loatablc gator revise the Pool Subcontractor requirements (to allow the General Contractor to do the concrete work for the pools) if directed by the City In addition, Bid Alternates would be modified as follows: Eliminate previous Bid Alternates I through 10. Water slides (Alternate No.1), the covered picnic area (Alternate No. and the under water pool lighting (Alternate No. 5) would be incorporated in the base bid. The skylights (Alternate No. 2) would be included in a new bid alternate and the sound system upgrade (Alternate No. 5) would be eliminated.
