RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT Project No: 106-015 Project Name: Moscow City-Wide Sidewalk Replacement Project - 2015 THIS AGREEMENT, made this /CJ day of a V , 2015 between the City of Moscow, Idaho herein call CITY, and Northwest River Supplies Inc., herein called GRANTOR(S) who owns the property at 1638 South Blaine Street. GRANTOR(S) give(s) to CITY without further consideration, a Right of Entry for ingress and egress. In addition, GRANTOR(S) further agree(s) to allow CITY to perform necessary surveying and construction on GRANTOR's property to remove and replace the public pathway connecting GRANTOR'S property to Alturas Drive.
