ORDINANCE NJ. 999 AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PART OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK FIVE OF HIGHLAND VIEW ADDITIJN TO THE CITY OF MOSCJW LYING AND BEING BETWEEN LOTS ONE ( 1) AND SEVENTEEN ( 17) AND BETWEEN LOTS TWO AND SIXTEEN ( 16) OF SAID BLOCK FIVE IN THE CITY OF MSCJW, LATAH COUNTY, IDAHJ, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ALLEY SO VACATF:D SHALL REVERT 1J THE 0VtiNERS OF THE AD JACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PRCNIDED BY SECTIJN 50-1124 OF THE IDAHO CODE; AND PRJVIDING F·JR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS :RDINANCE. BE IT 'JRDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND OF THE CITY MJsC·JW, IDAHJ: Section 1. That that part of the alley in Block Five of Highland View Addition to the City of Moscow lying and being between Lots One and Seventeen (17) and between Lots Two and Sixteen (16) of said Block Five situated in the City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, and more fully described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot One of Block Five of Highland View Addition to the City of Moscow, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, and running thence East a distance of sixteen (16) feet to the Northwest corner of Lot Seventeen (17) of said Block Five thence South a distance of one hundred ten (110) feet to the Southwest corner of Lot Sixteen (16) of said Block Five thence West a distance of sixteen (16) feet to the Southeast corner of Lot Two of said Block Five thence North a distance of one hundred ten (110) feet to the point of beginning, be, and the same is, hereby vacated. Section 2. That the alley so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property, as provided by Section 50-1124 of the Idaho Code. Section 3.
