EXTENSION OF LEASE THIS AGREEMENT, made this 4 day of gz1u..1 _ , 19 by and between THE WASHINGTON WATER POWER COMPANY, Spokane, Washington, hereinafter called the Lessor, and the CITY OF MOSCOW, a municipal corporation of the STATE OF IDAHO, hereinafter called the Lessee. WHEREAS, heretofore on the 18th day of January 1987, the Lessor leased the following described premises: Lot 14, Block 1, Dr. Taylor•s Addition to the City of Moscow, State of Idaho, representing an area approximately 40 feet by 125 feet, to the Lessee for a term of one year commencing August 1, 1987. WHEREAS, said lease has been previously extended, and the present Extension of Lease will expire on July 31, 1992. WHEREAS, the Lessor and Lessee are desirous of extending said Lease through. the 31 day of July, 1993. IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that all other terms, conditions and provisions of said Lease, dated the 18 day of January, 1987, are incorporated herein as though fully set forth and shall be the terms and conditions of this Extension of Lease. WHEREAS, heretofore on the 18 day of January, 1988, the Lessor leased the following described premises: Lot 4, Block 4, West Part to the City of Moscow, Lalah County, State of Idaho, representing an area approximately 40 feet by 125 feet, to the Lessee for a term of one year commencing August 1, 1988. WHEREAS, said lease has been previously ·extended, and the present Extension of Lease will expire on the July, 1992. WHEREAS, the Lessor and Lessee are desirous of extending said Lease through the 31 day of July, 1993, IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that all other terms, conditions and provisions of said Lease, dated the 18 day of January, 1988, are incorporated herein as though fully set forth and shall be the terms and conditions of this Extension of Lease.
