RESOLUTION NO. 2016 - 10 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, ADOPTING A SC:HF.rnrr.F. OF FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AND REGULARLY CHARGED AS SPECIFIED BY CITY CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DA TE OF ALL FEES. WHEREAS, Pursuant to Idaho Code 63-1311 and 63-131 lA regarding City fees for services and fee increases; and WHEREAS, Council has adopted a new Barrier Loaner Program for approved beer and/or wine gardens to help with compliance issues, WHEREAS, Council has deemed it appropriate to charge a rental and replacement fee to cover the costs of the new Barrier Loaner Program, WHEREAS, Council has determined that the revised fees included in this Resolution are appropriate and are reasonably related to the purpose for which such fees are charged. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow as follows: 1 . That the fees set forth in Exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof, be in force and effect in all matters relating to fees from and after the 6th day of June 201 6. 2. That this Resolution replaces Resolution 201 5-20. 3. That any Resolution or provision thereof which is inconsistent with this Resolution is hereby repealed.
