Oni> .uJ. .n1.1!: I!AYOR Al.D COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCO\l, IDAHO: SECTION That the owner of property in Block 11, of Sunnyside Addition to the City of Moscow, has filed his petition with the City Clerk of the City of Moscow asking for the vacation and abandonment of all o f the alley in said Block 11, of Sunnyside Addition to Uoscow; and whereas it is for the best interests of the City of Moscow, and especially for the best interests of the owner of the property in said Block 11, to vacate said alley, the City of Moscow, through its Mayor and City Council, does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION That said alley in Block 11, of Sunnyside Ad- dition to Moscow, be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned as an alley or thoroughfare by the City of Moscow. That said alley herein referred to is the only alley now existing and dedicated in said Block 11, of Sunnyside Addition to lloscow. SECTION 4: This ordinance is an amendment to Grdinance No. 945 o:f the City of Moscow, Idaho. SECTION 5: All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict with this ordinance, inso:far as said ordinances in any way conflict with this ordinance, are hereby repealed. SECTION 6: If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not af:fect the validity o:f the re1naining sections, sentences, clauses or phrases of this ordinance, or the ordinance as an entirety, it being the legislative intent that this ordinance shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of such section, sentence, clause or phrase.
