LETTER AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES The Board of Directors of Rendezvous In Moscow, Inc. has requested funding in the amount of $10,000 from the City of Moscow for the production and promotion of the Rendezvous festival during fiscal year 1990. The amount requested is comparable to the amount of funding provided by the City for FY' 89. The city Council has approved this funding request and enters into an agreement with Rendezvous in Moscow, Inc. to present a musicjarts festival in Moscow during July, 1990 similar in format to the previous festivals as presented by the Moscow Arts Commission. These funds will be used to partially meet expenses of salary, benefits, and payroll taxes of a part-time coordinator, office and other operating expenses, production and printing of brochures, media promotion and contracting with performers. It is anticipated that these funds will be disbursed on the following schedule: January 10, 1990 April 10, 1990 June 10, 1990 July, 10, 1990 $2,000 2,000 2,000 4,000 In the event the Rendezvous Festival is not presented for 1990, Rendezvous in Moscow, Inc. agrees to reimburse the city of Moscow for performance and promotion costs funded by the City.
