O'Keefe, Coordinator SUBJECf: Memorandum Of Understanding, Re: Indefinite Loan Of Equipment This letter, when properly signed and witnessed, will serve as a binding MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING between the Building Department of the City Of Moscow and Latah County Department Of Disaster Services, with regard to the indefinite loan of the following equipment: 1 only, General Electric Deskon II Remote Radio Control Unit Serial Number: 3051483 Latah County Property Sticker Number: 106 The purpose of this document is to provide an audit track of County/Federally funded equipment and to assure that the equipment is not disposed of by the City of Moscow. This equipment, when no longer of use to the City of Moscow, will be returned to the Latah County Department of Disaster Services.
