REISCH, a married couple of Moscow, County of Latah, State of Idaho, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey as parkland unto the CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, a Municipal Corporation of the State ofldaho, 206 East Third Street, Moscow ID 83843,as GRANTEE, and to grantee's assigns forever, all of the following described real estate located in Moscow, County of Latah, Idaho: Lot Nine ofHeisch Subdivision to the City of Moscow, County of Latah, Idaho, according to the recorded plat thereof. SUBJECT TO the restrictive covenants, as more fully set out in instrument recorded under Recorder's Fee No. 441698, but deleting any covenant, condition or restriction indicating a preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin to the extent such covenants, conditions or restrictions violate 42 USC 3604(c). THE GRANTORS hereby covenant and warrant that the above-described premises are free and clear of liens and encumbrances and that the Grantors, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, will warrant and defend the above premises against aU lawful claims and demands, except general taxes for 1999, existing utility easements and rights of way of record in Latah County, Idaho, existing roads and highways, and existing roadway easements and rights of way of record in Latah County, Idaho.
