Box 9203 1515 East Street Moscow, ID 83843 RE: Hamilton-Lowe Aquatics Center, 1-98047 - l Aa Dear Randy: Fax to 208/883-7093 Original to Follow As discussed, the City of Moscow has requested that we modify Change Proposal No, 16 to allow the Storage Enclosure construction to be issued as a stand-alone bid package. To accomplish this task. all previously prepared documents for the Storage Enclosure will be reviewed and revised to eliminate references to the Aquatics Center documents. Additional drawings will be added to complete the Storage Enclosure documents as an individual bid set. Appropriate sections of the Aquatics Center technical specifications (Divisions 2-16) will be edited as necessary to support the Storage Enclosure. (In some eases, specification information will be included on the drawings, which will be more convenient for bidders.) All "frontal" documents (Bidding and Contract reqmrements, General Conditions, and Division 1 General Requirements) will be completed by the City. Finally the drawings will be stamped and all documents retitled. Construction Administration Services are not included, although we will respond to Contractor questions that arise during construction. Our proposal for these services is as follows: Northwest Architectural Company Structural Engineering (LSB) Landscape and Irrigation (DEA) Electrical Engineering (MW) Total 140 xl.I= 725 X 1.J = 380 X J.l = Consultant costs have been marked up 10% as allowed. $ l ,580.00 154.00 798.00 418,00 $ 2,950,00 If this is agreeable to the City, please sign a copy of this letter and return it to NAC for our file. The original may be kept for the City. If you have any questions, please call. Very truly yours, Keith M.
