October 13, 2008 CHANGE O RDER NO. ONE Project: Bus Turnout and Shelters City Proj. No. 101-008 FTA Proj. No ID-04-007 1. Install garbage receptacle and ash tray at the St. Augustine's bus shelter. Installation of these appurtenances was not included in the original scope of work. Added Cost $449.00 2. Remove and replace six of glass panels in the new, St. Agustine's bus shelter. This was the work necessary to replace the plain glass panels with the art work panels. Added Cost . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $1,466.00 3. Furnish and install two inches of landscaping bark in the existing eight foot wide planter strip along the east side of Deakin A venue beginning at the new St. Agustine' s bus shelter north to Sixth Street. Work included removing and disposing of two inches of existing earthen material. This area had been disturbed by the trenching necessary to install the electrical conduit to the new St. Agustine 's bus shelter. The bark was added as a landscape beautification measure. Added Cost $2,728.00 4. Furnish and install thirty-five (35) bus stop signs. Project budget allowed additional bus route system improvements. Signage designating Valley Transit's bus stops were selected as the appropriate and grant eligible project.
