WARRANTY DEED Project No. NH-4114(062) Key 2483 Parcel No. 07, Parcel ID No. 2483L07 THIS INDENTURE, Made this / 9 day of 445168 7 1993-, between ALAN LEE SUVA and RACHEL E. SUVA, husband and wife, Grantors, and the CITY OF MOSCOW, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, 122 East Fourth Street, P.O. Box 9203, Moscow, Idaho, 83843, Grantee. And the said Grantors do hereby covenant to and with the said Grantee, that Grantors are the owners in fee simple of said premises; that said premises are free from all encumbrances, EXCEPT those to which this conveyance is expressly made subject and those made, suffered or done by the Grantee; and subject to reservations, restrictions, dedications, easements, right of way and agreements, (if any) of use or of record, and general taxes and assessments, (includes irrigation and utility assessments, if any) for the current year, which are not yet due and payable, and that the Grantors will warrant and defend the same from all lawful claims whatsoever.
