IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES ENERGY DIVISION NON-ELECTRIC DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM JURISDICTION CONTRACT AMENDMENT #1 TO CONTRACT #DWR-91-03-21-102-47 This Contract, entered into between the IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES, ENERGY DIVISION, the Department, and the CITY OF MOSCOW, the Contractor, is made in reference to the following facts: RECITALS A. The parties entered into Contract #DWR-91.-03-21-102-4 7 on July 1991. B. The parties desire to modify said Contract: IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PROMISES STATED, THE PARTIES AGREE TO AMEND THE CONTRACT AS FOLLOWS: 1. Section 7. , page 6 of the Contract is deleted, and a new Section 7. is added as follows: 7. TERMS This Contract shall take effect at the time of execution and shall continue in effect until September 30, 1991, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of Section IV andlor V of the "Standard Contract Provisions." 2. All other provisions of Contract #DWR-91-03-21-102-47 shall Ill Ill remain in full force and effect.
