May 18, 1999 CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 Project: Harrison I Adams Storm Sewer - 1999 Re-plumb an existing sanitary sewer service that was encountered at grade of the new storm drain main. Approximately 25 feet of the existing sanitary service had to be replaced to allow it to pass beneath the new storm. This work had not been described in the original design documents because the elevation of the service was unknown.
